BOOM. BAP. ’96.

A campaign for the sound.

The Boom Bap ’96 Tee reimagines the golden-era sound of hip hop through the visual language of a vintage American campaign shirt. The front features a distressed BOOM BAP ’96 campaign graphic in faded red and navy, designed to feel like an old political tee pulled from an archive rather than a newly printed graphic.

Printed on a heavyweight, 100% cotton oversized tee with a snow-washed finish, the garment has a naturally worn-in appearance that complements the aged artwork. The drop shoulders, loose silhouette, and substantial 250 GSM fabric give it the weight and shape of a vintage streetwear piece without sacrificing everyday comfort.

There’s no oversized back graphic or extra sleeve branding—the BOOM BAP ’96 front hit carries the entire piece.

THE DESIGN
The artwork combines the typography and structure of vintage American election graphics with the spirit of ’90s boom bap hip hop. Deep navy lettering, campaign red accents, distressed ink, and intentionally aged texture give the print the character of a piece that could have survived since 1996.

The result sits somewhere between campaign memorabilia, record-store culture, and a forgotten piece of golden-era hip hop ephemera.

CARE
Machine wash at 30°C / 86°F on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach or dry clean. Iron at a low temperature and avoid ironing directly over the printed artwork.

PLEASE NOTE
The snow-washing process gives each garment its own character. Minor differences in wash, tone, and appearance can occur between production batches due to variations in materials and processing. These subtle differences are a natural part of the washed finish.
